This software provides two ways to view a week. The first one shown below is
a graphical representation of the time already allocated for each person in the
office on each day of the week.
If you needed to see what is scheduled for any of the
times displayed on this screen, all you'd have to do would be to double-click
on the appropriate time block.
The following weekly view displays a brief description of each event
scheduled during the week. If you needed complete detail for any of the events
displayed on this screen, all you'd have to do would be to double-click on it.
